What to expect:
14.00–14.15 – Arrive + Settle In
Welcome! Take this time to ease into the space, grab a drink, look inside your goodie bags (reach for your grip socks!) and make yourself comfortable. Meet the wonderful people you'll be sharing the room with.
14.15–15.00 – Pilates with Sammy
Our Pilates instructor, Sammy, will guide you through a revitalising feel-good flow designed to awaken the muscles, release tension and build gentle strength. Expect mindful movement and a dose of positive energy in this session for all levels.
15.00–15.10 – Refresh + Mantra Mirror Moment
Take a moment to refresh. Feel free to visit the mirror to write an affirmation or mantra, or "Something Good" wall to feel inspired and inspire someone else.
15.10–15.40 – Journalling + Intention Setting
Using the journals, pens, and prompts provided, I’ll guide you through a short reflective practice. Together, we’ll pause to look inward—exploring your current mindset, habits, and hopes—before tapping into that back-to-school feeling of fresh starts, renewed focus, and the intention to create structure for the season ahead.
15.40–16.00 – Chats + Connection
A relaxed space to mingle, laugh, and connect with like-minded people. Whether you’re swapping stories, sharing ideas, or just enjoying some easygoing conversation, this is a chance to build community and spark new connections in a laid-back, welcoming atmosphere.
