CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email us at hello@beautybrainuk.com to arrange a return or exchange. We will send you a return form, as well as a return shipping address
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sale items, discontinued items, or custom made to order items.
Please kindly note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must returned with original product packaging intact, otherwise they are non-refundable and will not receive refund or store credit.
Please allow up to one week for us to process your return after it arrives.
CLOTHING RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange your clothing items for a different size where possible.
To exchange/refund items please return unworn clothing in the same condition as received, with a note including your name, order number and requested size or return.

Returns are only accepted if they are returned within or we are advised of the return within 14 days of your purchase. Noticeably damaged items once passed the warehouse cannot be returned due to the custom, made to order, nature of the item.

JEWELLERY MATERIALS AND PACKAGING
Materials: BITB quote bangles are made with high quality, tarnish resistant stainless steel and have a thick overlay of 14k gold, rose gold and silver. With proper care, gold plated bangles will last a long time.
Necklaces are made with 925 sterling silver, or stainless steel and each gold plated in 18k or 14k – please read the descriptions for more information on each.
Packaging: Each bangle and necklace comes in fully recyclable kraft branded BITB box with an inspirational and handwritten message describing the chosen product on the product.
HOW DO I KEEP MY JEWELLERY FROM TARNISHING?
To maintain colour avoid frequent contact with strong chemicals, such as detergent, bleach, perfume, etc. Store in a jewellery box and wipe with a soft cloth to clean. Always remember to remove your bangles before shower or exercise. Do not wear them in hot tubs or swimming pools.
I HAVE VERY SMALL/LARGE WRISTS – WILL THE BANGLE/HOPE ROPE FIT?
BITB bangles/bracelets are fully adjustable and will fit most wrist sizes. We designed them to be delicate, lightweight, comfortable and durable, so you can wear them daily, to work or play. Adjusting the bangle is very simple. To tighten, when your bangle is on your wrist, gently but firmly squeeze either side. To widen your bangle gently pull either side of the bracelet until it fits comfortable.
For the Hope Rope, gently pull the tie to adjust to size.
WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ITEM?
All orders* are processed within 1-2 business days. UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail and take 2-4 business days to arrive. International orders may take up to 10 business days to arrive.
*Clothing items are printed to order with love and dispatched within 10 working days. This means that when ordering a necklace and t-shirt, for example, items will arrive separately.

CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER OR SHIPPING ADDRESS?
We do our best to process all orders within 1 – 2 business days. If it falls within that time-frame, please email hello@beautybrainuk.com. However, no guarantees can be made and unfortunately changes can rarely be made.
CAN I INCLUDE A SPECIAL GIFT MESSAGE WITH MY ORDER?
If orders are for a gift, please email hello@beautybrainuk.com with your desired message. For a small fee, this will come in a card sealed with a BITB branded sticker.
