Positivity Hack: Two Little Words...

From time to time, I'll be sharing short positivity hacks and something to help get you through the days ahead. This week is about adopting two little words whenever you find yourself faced with a challenge.

Big changes are inevitable, and happening all around us and it's very easy to find ourselves overthinking "well if that happens, then I won't be able to do this, and then I can’t do that and then that will probably happen."

But getting lost in spiralling thoughts of anxiety about the future - whilst normal - isn’t helpful.

Choose to stay focused on what’s happening right here, right now. And if anxious thoughts do come back, replace them with the words “right now.”

For example “right now, I’m drinking this green juice" and "right now, I'm making a cup of coffee” and "right now, I'm eating dinner."

Sometimes all you can do is enjoy the little things and focus on “right now.” Use these two little words to stay grounded and present whenever you experience unsettling thoughts and interrupt the spiral of doubt.💫
